How to Play
Order a photoshoot package online, then market your listing on social media with our tools for four weeks and share your journey to
win your money back!!!
Rules to play
If it is your first time with us, you will be asked during the ordering process if you are up for the challenge. Simply answer with yes to let us know that you are playing.
You can see what online ordering looks like at "Ordering Tool" under the "Your Tools" tab at the top of this site.
At the listing location, after the photographer has done the photoshoot, we will do a quick interview with you.
The interview will be less than one minute where we introduce ourselves and you, then you share what your experience has been so far. (It does not need to be long. We are aiming for short and sweet for this one)
After the photoshoot has been completed, we will send you some un-edited photos for you to make a "coming soon" post on Facebook or Instagram.
{Check your MLS for current regulations} Last known MLS rules allowed a teaser post as long as it is within 24 hours before the official listing of the property.
Thankfully, our standard turnaround time is about 24 hours.
Once the media is edited and delivered to you, simply download the media and use our website builder to customize your listing's unique website, plus fill in all necessary info for it.
See "Listing Website Builder" under the "Your Tools" tab at the top of this website for how to customize it.
Make a "Just listed" post on Facebook or instagram. (with *criteria*, see below)
At this point, the 30 days have begun!
If you would like to easily make a flyer for the post or a video reel, you get a marketing kit for your order 100% free. Check the "Marketing Kit" section in the "Your Tools" tab at the top of this website to see in more detail.
*Criteria* - Tag On The Mark-et and link to the listing website that you filled out.

Once a week, make a post on Facebook or Instagram to promote the listing, with the same criteria as "Set Sail!".
(The "just listed" post from "Set Sail" can count as the first week)
On top of that, make a post at least once a week promoting your professional/personal life, or your community. Up to you! (self/community promotion has no criteria)
Once you have accomplished your journey, (market for 30 days, or get your listing under contract/sold) you can reach out to us, and you wil be asked where you would like to meet, and we will do a short interview.
This interview will be will be about five minutes, where we will ask you five questions;
How much experience have you had with RE media professionals?
What were your main concerns about trying us out?
What made you do it anyways?
How have things been for you and your listings since we started working together?
What kind of realtor would you recommend giving us a try?
