On The Mark-et  is based in Nottingham NH, servicing all of New Hampshire, into Vermont, Maine and Massachusetts.

• (South) Haverhill, MA

24 hours. 48 at the latest

You will be emailed through the address you provide us. From there you will be able to view and download everything. Click here to see a couple of videos of what to expect.

You do not have to pay until you have recieved the delivery email and download the final product. You will be prompted to pay by card.

You also have to option to "pay at closing" so you dont have to invest in your media out of pocket. Click here to find out more.

You can see when the photogragher is available and schedule a photo shoot in about 5-10 minutes for the next day. (As long as the time you are looking for is not already reserved.)

Saving you all the time and effort of emailing/texting back and forth for quotes and availability.

Absolutely. Circumastances happen. Everything from weather, the house not ready, or even personal situations.

(Please be aware that since you had the time period reserved, On The Mark-et requires at least a 12 hour notice for rescheduling and cancelations. Otherwise a $50 cancelation fee will be assessed)

(Please note that you are responsible to check the weather before scheduling the shoot.)

If the weather will not permit exterior and drone photos (due to conditions such as heavy or light rain, high winds, etc.) the interior shots can still continue and the exterior can be done at another time.

In the event of any other natural disasters, (Hurricanes, flooding, earthquake etc.) or any other acts, accidents, or other events beyond the control of you or On The Mark-et, On The Mark-et will cancel the appointment and work with you to reschedule.
